Description

These Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are the ultimate comfort food! Flaky, buttery biscuits stuffed with melty cheese, topped with a savory garlic butter coating—perfect as a side dish, snack, or appetizer. Super easy to make with just a few ingredients, they’re sure to be a hit at any gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 count) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Prepare the garlic butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Stuff the biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin into a round shape. Place a small spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit around the cheese and pinch them closed to form a ball.
  • Coat the cheese bombs: Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the biscuits.
  • Bake: Bake the cheese bombs in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
  • Serve: Remove the cheese bombs from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (if using). Serve warm, and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use any cheese you prefer, such as cheddar, pepper jack, or a mix of mozzarella and cheddar.
  • These can be made ahead of time by assembling the cheese bombs and refrigerating them until ready to bake.
  • For an extra cheesy pull, add more cheese inside each biscuit or serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
