Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease.

Dip banana slices into the pancake batter, coating them evenly.

Place the dipped banana pieces onto the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove and keep warm.

Serve with real maple syrup for dipping.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for the best natural sweetness.
You can also thread banana pieces onto skewers before dipping for easy serving.
