Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp monk fruit chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe mug or bowl, whisk together the egg and cottage cheese until smooth and well combined.
  • Add the cocoa powder and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in the monk fruit chocolate chips.
  • Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes, or until the brownie is set and no longer wet in the center. (Microwave times may vary, so check after 1 minute and adjust as needed.)

Notes
