Instructions
- Prepare the crust mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon powder.
- Add butter: Pour in the melted unsalted butter and stir until everything is evenly combined, and the mixture is moist.
- Press into pan: Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch pie or tart pan (or any other desired pan size). Press the crumbs firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the pan to form a crust.
- Chill or bake:
- If no baking is required for your recipe, place the crust in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
- If baking is required (such as for cheesecakes), bake the crust at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and slightly crisp. Let it cool before adding the filling.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar, depending on your taste.
