Description

This simple and delicious graham cracker crust is perfect for pies, cheesecakes, and other dessert recipes. It’s easy to make with just a few ingredients and adds the perfect crunch and flavor to your favorite desserts.

  • 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

 

  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon powder.
  • Add butter: Pour in the melted unsalted butter and stir until everything is evenly combined, and the mixture is moist.
  • Press into pan: Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch pie or tart pan (or any other desired pan size). Press the crumbs firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the pan to form a crust.

 

  • Chill or bake:
    • If no baking is required for your recipe, place the crust in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
    • If baking is required (such as for cheesecakes), bake the crust at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and slightly crisp. Let it cool before adding the filling.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar, depending on your taste.
  • If you want a more pronounced spice flavor, you can add a bit more cinnamon or even nutmeg.
