Description

This easy-to-make Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake is a delightful dessert that’s perfect for any occasion. With a creamy and tangy lemon filling topped with a buttery, golden cake crust, it’s a simple yet irresistible treat that takes little time to prepare!

  • 1 box lemon cake mix

  • 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  • Spread the lemon pie filling evenly in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the pie filling.

  • Evenly sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix over the top of the cream cheese layer.

  • Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, covering as much of the surface as possible.

  • Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

 

  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.

If you prefer a thicker crust, you can use less pie filling or slightly reduce the amount of butter.
