Description

This No Bake Oreo Cheesecake is a decadent dessert that’s rich, creamy, and full of Oreo cookie flavor. With a buttery Oreo crust, a smooth cream cheese filling, and chunks of Oreo cookies throughout, it’s the perfect treat for any occasion without turning on the oven!

Oreo Cookie Crust

  • 22 Double Stuffed Oreo Cookies (about 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs)

  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 4 Tablespoons salted butter, melted

Oreo Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar, divided

  • 16 oz cream cheese (two 8 oz packages)

  • 2 Tablespoons full-fat sour cream

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 18 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped


Instructions

  • Prepare the crust:

    • In a food processor, blend the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.

    • In a bowl, mix the crumbs with the sugar and melted butter until well combined.

    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Place in the fridge to set while you make the filling.

  • Prepare the filling:

    • In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and 1 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

    • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla extract, and remaining ½ cup powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.

    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate it.

    • Stir in the chopped Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.

  • Assemble the cheesecake:

    • Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

    • Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight to allow it to set properly.

 

  • Serve:

    • Once set, slice and enjoy your no-bake Oreo cheesecake!

Notes

You can top the cheesecake with extra chopped Oreos or even drizzle some chocolate syrup for an extra indulgence.

If you don’t have a springform pan, you can use any 9-inch pie dish or a regular cake pan, but be sure to line the edges with parchment paper for easy removal.

For a smoother filling, make sure your cream cheese is softened before mixing.
