Instructions

Make the dough:

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add the lukewarm milk, melted butter, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours or until doubled in size.

Prepare the filling:

In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and finely chopped raspberries. Set aside.

Assemble the rolls:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll the dough out onto a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 12×18 inches.

Spread the raspberry cinnamon filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border at the edges.

Roll the dough up tightly and cut into 12 equal slices.

Place the rolls into a greased baking dish and cover. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
