Description

These adorable Strawberry Santas are the perfect no-bake holiday treat! Juicy strawberries are filled with a light whipped cream cheese mixture and decorated to look like festive little Santa Claus figures. They’re fun to make, kid-friendly, and irresistibly cute!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large strawberries

  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Decorative red and black icing (for Santa faces and buttons)

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.

  • Slice off the stem end to create a flat base. Then cut about ⅓ off the pointed end of each strawberry to make Santa’s “hat.”

  • In a medium bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

  • Transfer the mixture into a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off.

  • Pipe a dollop of the filling onto the flat base part of the strawberry to form the “face/beard.”

  • Place the pointed tip of the strawberry on top as the “hat.”

  • Add a small dot of the cream cheese to the hat tip for Santa’s pom-pom.

  • Use red and black decorative icing to draw eyes, buttons, or a belt.

  • Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Make sure strawberries are dry or the filling won’t stick well.

You can substitute mascarpone or whipped cream for the filling.ذ

  • Add mini chocolate chips or edible pearls for eyes if preferred.
