Ingredients
For the Base:

1 pound ground beef

For the Vegetables:

1 cup corn kernels

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until onions are translucent. Season with salt and pepper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef mixture, carrots, potatoes, corn, and green beans.

Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, dried thyme, and dried parsley until well combined.

Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.

Notes
