Ingredients
For the Base:

1 cup corn kernels

For the Sauce:

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened. Season with salt and black pepper.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with carrots, potatoes, corn, and green beans.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with dried thyme and parsley until well combined.
