Ingredients
Chicken

1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1½-inch cubes
Marinade

¾ cup beer (lager or ale)

⅓ cup honey

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp red pepper flakes

3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

Make the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together beer, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, and garlic.

Marinate the Chicken

Place chicken cubes in a resealable bag or shallow container. Pour marinade over the chicken.

Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.

Skewer and Grill

Thread marinated chicken onto skewers (if wooden, soak in water 30 minutes beforehand).

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
