  • Author: Norah
  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 6 wraps 1x
  • Diet: Gluten Free

Description

All the iconic flavors of a classic Big Mac, reimagined as a low-carb, handheld wrap! These Big Mac Wraps combine juicy seasoned beef, crunchy pickles, shredded lettuce, sharp cheddar, and a tangy “special sauce” wrapped in a soft tortilla — perfect for a quick lunch or dinner that hits all the nostalgic notes without the bun.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp finely diced onion

  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup

  • 2 tsp yellow mustard

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles

  • 1 tsp pickle juice

  • ¼ tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Hamburger Meat:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

For the Wrap:

  • 6 large tortillas

  • 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

  • ⅓ cup finely diced onions

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup sliced dill pickles

Instructions

  • Make the sauce:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, diced onion, sugar-free ketchup, mustard, chopped pickles, pickle juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.

  • Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Cook until no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.

  • Assemble the wraps:
Lay out tortillas on a flat surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of sauce on each tortilla. Divide cooked beef evenly among the tortillas.

  • Add toppings:
Top with shredded lettuce, diced onions, shredded cheddar, and sliced pickles.

  • Wrap it up:
Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.

  • Serve:
Cut in half if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

The sauce can be made ahead and refrigerated up to 3 days.

Add tomato slices or extra pickles for more texture.

Use low-carb or whole wheat tortillas for a healthier twist.
