1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

1 small cabbage, shredded

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (with juices)

1 cup cooked rice

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste (commonly added)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the beef and onion: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.

Add the cabbage: Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook for 3–5 minutes, until it begins to soften.

Combine ingredients: Add the diced tomatoes (with their juices), cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Bake: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
