Ingredients
-
1 lb boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced
-
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
-
2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
-
1½ tsp paprika (1 tsp for steak, ½ tsp for shrimp)
-
¾ tsp garlic powder (½ tsp for steak, ¼ tsp for shrimp)
-
½ tsp cayenne pepper
-
½ tsp black pepper (¼ tsp for steak, ¼ tsp for shrimp)
-
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
-
1 cup milk
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
¼ tsp dried oregano
-
1 lb penne pasta, cooked according to package directions
Instructions
-
Season the meat:
-
In a bowl, toss sliced steak with 1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp black pepper.
-
In another bowl, season the shrimp with ½ tsp paprika, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
-
-
Cook the steak and shrimp:
-
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and sear until browned and cooked through (about 4–5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
-
In the same skillet, add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
-
-
Make the Alfredo sauce:
-
In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk, stirring until smooth.
-
Add Parmesan cheese and oregano. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring until sauce thickens slightly.
-
-
Combine:
-
Add cooked pasta, steak, and shrimp into the sauce. Toss to coat evenly and heat through for 1–2 minutes.
-
-
Serve immediately with extra Parmesan or chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
Substitute heavy cream for milk if you want a richer Alfredo sauce.
Add mushrooms, spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes for a veggie boost.
This recipe is spicy — reduce cayenne for a milder version.
