Ingredients

10 oz frozen steam-in-bag cauliflower rice

4 cups cooked shredded chicken

6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

4 oz cream cheese

½ cup sour cream

1 packet ranch dressing seasoning

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Prepare cauliflower rice:

Steam cauliflower rice according to package instructions; set aside.

Cook bacon:

Fry bacon until crispy, drain on paper towels, crumble and set aside.

Make creamy sauce:

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt cream cheese and sour cream together, stirring until smooth.

Stir in ranch seasoning and shredded cheddar until melted and combined.

Add shredded chicken and steamed cauliflower rice to the skillet; toss to coat in creamy sauce.
