Description

This Cinnamon Sugar Pizza is a quick and delicious dessert made with crescent roll dough, melted butter, and a sweet cinnamon-sugar topping. Drizzled with a simple vanilla glaze, it’s the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth in under 20 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tbsp milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, pinching seams together to form a single rectangle or circle (pizza shape).

  • Brush melted butter evenly over the dough.

  • In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the dough.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • Meanwhile, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Once the pizza is out of the oven, drizzle with glaze.

 

  • Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes

For extra crispness, prebake the dough for 2 minutes before adding cinnamon sugar.

Try topping with chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips before baking for a twist.

You can double the glaze if you prefer extra sweetness.
