Ingredients
-
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
-
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
-
1/4 cup granulated sugar
-
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Glaze:
-
1/4 cup powdered sugar
-
1 tbsp milk
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, pinching seams together to form a single rectangle or circle (pizza shape).
-
Brush melted butter evenly over the dough.
-
In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the dough.
-
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
-
Meanwhile, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
-
Once the pizza is out of the oven, drizzle with glaze.
-
Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
For extra crispness, prebake the dough for 2 minutes before adding cinnamon sugar.
Try topping with chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips before baking for a twist.
You can double the glaze if you prefer extra sweetness.
