Ingredients

1 lb imitation crab meat, chopped or shredded

3 green onions, chopped (white and green parts included)

⅓ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon mustard powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab meat, green onions, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, garlic powder, mustard powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Notes
