Description

A creamy and cheesy seafood delight featuring tender crab meat, baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb imitation crab meat, chopped or shredded

  • 3 green onions, chopped (white and green parts included)

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab meat, green onions, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, garlic powder, mustard powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.

  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

 

  • Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce or a tablespoon of lemon juice.
