Description

These oven-baked Crack Chicken Tenders combine the bold flavors of ranch seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and buttery Ritz crackers for an easy, crispy, and addictively delicious meal. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, game day snack, or crowd-pleasing appetizer!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.

  • Coat each chicken tender in the mayo mixture, then press into the crushed Ritz crackers to coat evenly.

  • Arrange the tenders on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and cooked through.

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake the tenders on a wire rack placed over a baking sheet.
