Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar (or lemon juice), Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
- Add the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) and whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Slowly whisk in the olive oil until emulsified.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add honey or maple syrup to balance the tanginess.
- Serve immediately over salads or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
