Description

A rich, tangy, and smooth vinaigrette made with a base of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for extra creaminess. This dressing is perfect for salads, veggies, or as a dip!


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar (or lemon juice), Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  • Add the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Slowly whisk in the olive oil until emulsified.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add honey or maple syrup to balance the tanginess.

 

  • Serve immediately over salads or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
