This Easy Stromboli is the perfect dinner idea when you want something quick, cheesy, and packed with flavor. With layers of ham, salami, pepperoni, and melted mozzarella, all wrapped in pizza dough and baked to golden perfection, this dish is perfect for family meals or a casual dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 3 Tablespoons butter, melted, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella, divided
  • 12 thin slices ham
  • 15 slices salami
  • 1517 slices pepperoni
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley

 

  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle shape.
  • Brush the dough with 2 tablespoons of melted butter and sprinkle minced garlic over the surface.
  • Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella on the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  • Layer on the ham, salami, and pepperoni slices evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella on top of the meat layers.
  • Carefully roll the dough up like a log, folding the sides in to seal the Stromboli.
  • Place the Stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the top of the Stromboli with the remaining 1 tablespoon of melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
  • Brush the edges of the dough with the beaten egg.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

 

  • Slice into portions and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • You can customize the filling by adding or removing different meats, such as turkey or roast beef.
  • If you like a little spice, try adding some red pepper flakes or hot pepper slices.
