Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground beef

1 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup Mix

2 large eggs

½ cup ketchup

½ cup dry bread crumbs (plain or Italian)

¼ cup water

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Additional ketchup or barbecue sauce for the top of the meatloaf
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, eggs, ketchup, bread crumbs, water, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.

Mix everything together until well combined.

Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.

Spread additional ketchup or barbecue sauce over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can add extra seasonings to your liking, such as black pepper or onion powder.
If you prefer a firmer texture, use Italian bread crumbs
