Description
This creamy, cheesy Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip is the perfect party appetizer or game-day snack. With tender spinach, artichokes, and a blend of cheeses, it’s irresistibly rich and comforting.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a bit of heat)
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the dip is warm and the cheese is fully melted, stirring halfway through if needed.
- Once cooked, serve hot with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
Notes
- For an extra cheesy dip, you can add more mozzarella or parmesan cheese.
- This dip can be kept warm in the slow cooker for a couple of hours after cooking, just keep it on the “keep warm” setting if your slow cooker has that option.
- You can use fresh spinach instead of frozen; just sauté it to wilt before adding it to the dip.
