-
1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
2 teaspoons sriracha (adjust to taste, add more if you like it extra spicy)
-
1 teaspoon minced garlic
-
¼ teaspoon black pepper
-
Florets from 1 medium to large head of cauliflower (about 1¼ – 1½ lbs)
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. -
Prepare the cauliflower:
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl. -
Make the sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, sriracha, garlic, and black pepper until well combined. -
Coat the cauliflower:
Pour the sauce over the cauliflower florets and toss well to coat each piece evenly. -
Bake:
Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and slightly crispy at the edges. -
Serve:
Remove from the oven and serve warm. Enjoy as a side dish, snack, or appetizer!
Notes
For extra crunch, try broiling the cauliflower for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
You can adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing the amount of sriracha according to your preference.
This dish is also delicious served with a drizzle of extra honey or a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
