Ingredients

5 ears corn, shucked

¼ cup butter, melted

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons cotija cheese, crumbled
Instructions

Preheat your Traeger grill to 400°F.

While the grill is heating, shuck the corn by peeling back and removing the husks.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Brush each ear of corn generously with the butter mixture.

Place the corn directly on the grill grates.

Grill for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender.

Remove from the grill and sprinkle with cotija cheese.
