This Hot Honey Cream Cheese Dip is rich, creamy, and has just the right kick of sweet heat! 5.2 oz Boursin garlic and herb cheese, room temperature

4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

Juice of ½ lemon

Store-bought hot honey, warmed

Homemade Hot Honey

1 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

⅓ cup honey

½–1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Instructions

Make the Dip Base:
In a bowl, combine Boursin cheese, cream cheese, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy using a spoon or hand mixer. -
Make Hot Honey (if homemade):
In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (do not burn).
Add honey and red pepper flakes. Stir and let simmer on low for 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. -
Assemble the Dip:
Transfer the cheese mixture to a shallow serving bowl or small plate.
Spoon the warm hot honey generously over the top.

Serve immediately with crostinis, crackers, or warm bread.
Notes
Store-bought hot honey works great for a shortcut—just warm it slightly before serving.
Make it ahead: cheese base and hot honey can be prepped separately and assembled just before serving.
