Ingredients

Instructions

Slice the heirloom tomatoes into wedges or desired shapes and place them in a large bowl.

Tear the basil leaves into small pieces and add them to the tomatoes.

Thinly slice the shallot and add to the bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Season with sea salt to taste.
